This class is designed to support individuals navigating the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of any stage of menopause (peri-, current, and post-menopause). Combining gentle yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and journaling, we’ll focus on relieving common symptoms such as fatigue, joint discomfort, and stress while promoting hormonal balance and overall well-being. Modifications are offered for all levels, making the practice accessible regardless of experience.
