This class is designed to support individuals navigating the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of any stage of menopause (peri-, current, and post-menopause). Combining gentle yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and journaling, we’ll focus on relieving common symptoms such as fatigue, joint discomfort, and stress while promoting hormonal balance and overall well-being. Modifications are offered for all levels, making the practice accessible regardless of experience. Together, we’ll create a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, cultivate inner resilience, and find moments of calm amidst life’s transitions—all while being in community with others who are in the same phase of life.

Mondays, 7:15-8:30pm, April 7 - 28 (in-studio). Drop-ins welcome!

Sliding-scale series pricing: $80-130. Drop-in pass: $20-30.*
