Restorative Yoga & Massage Workshop (In-Studio)

Yoga instructor Chandra will guide the class through a sequence of restorative yoga postures—long holds in passive, gentle poses supported by yoga props—while massage therapist Meta offers therapeutic bodywork. This luxurious two-hour class is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, practice self-care, and receive healing touch.

Meta is an LMT, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Ilan Lev Method Practitioner who offers integrative touch therapy and embodiment coaching at Tend in Easthampton, MA. As a dancer, community organizer, and Contact Improvisation teacher, her movement and dance practices inform her touch therapy.  Meta is passionate about supporting people to develop their body awareness and holistic well-being through mindful touch and movement. With a deep understanding of how the body holds and expresses both physical and emotional experiences, she creates a safe, nurturing space for clients to explore their own healing processes. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to each person's unique journey and the profound impact of compassionate, conscious touch.
