Did you know that Northampton is where Toni Bergins began JourneyDance™ close to three decades ago? In 1994 Northampton became the heart of her dance exploration and personal transformation. 

It was here, in the beautiful dance community of Northampton, that she first discovered the profound impact of movement. From taking an initial dancekinetics training to diving into playback theater, her life took a new direction, filled with synchronicity and creativity. The rich tapestry of modern dance, contact improvisation, free dance, and somatic movement practices in Northampton shaped the foundation of her life’s work.

Now, we are thrilled to welcome her back to Northampton to celebrate the launch of her book—the culmination of all those years of dance, exploration, and spiritual growth. This isn’t just a book launch; it’s a reunion, a homecoming to the place where it all began.

Admission: $45 for event participation, or $60 for event participation as well as a copy of Toni's new book, Embody. 

Cancelation Policy (All Sanctuary Special Programming): If you register for a workshop or event and you do not show up, you forfeit your pass. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for reservation cancelations. Please email us at [email protected] if you cannot make it, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We are unable to offer credits or refunds.
