CISA Event: Free Yoga Class & Networking Hour for Farmers

This event is the culmination of our March 2024 Community Spotlight on CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture). 

Farm owners and farm workers are invited to join us for an hour-long introductory yoga class which will include breathwork, guided poses supporting stress and pain relief, and ergonomics and stretching exercises that can be integrated into your daily routine.

This event will bring farmers together in a supportive environment to build upon and deepen relationships among peers. We will end with light drinks and snacks to celebrate and give gratitude for what our local farms provide to the communities they serve. CISA staff will be on site to answer your questions and tell you more about their mission and services. 

This is a free class. 

Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is recommended. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know, so we can offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.
