Relationships are hard. So often we close our hearts a little to navigate the world without feeling hurt by friends, family, people at work, and even the ones we love most. What if we could keep our hearts fully open? How much more fulfilling could life be? How much more satisfying could our relationships be?
In this 3-hour workshop we will explore what is required in order to live life with our hearts fully open, and how we can alter our own approach to differences so that we are more likely to engender openness, cooperation and harmony with others. We will explore emotional intelligence with the most powerful tools available, as well as learn how to tend to the things that are most precious to us, and how to navigate our own needs while remaining respectful of what is precious to others.
Filled with practical activities, discussion, and a unique approach to empathetic listening, you will leave this workshop knowing how to transform even the most stuck places in your life, into clear, healthy and harmonious relationships.
