Rachel will lead you through a series of questions to help you get clear on your priorities and values in your family and your relationship with your children. Using this clarity, she will then guide you to align your actions with these values in order to intentionally create the relationship you desire with your children.

Rachel is a native of Western Massachusetts who has worked with immigrant populations as an advocate and teacher for nearly 15 years.  In addition to being a certified Life Coach, she also holds a Master's Degree in Education. Through her teaching and guiding of diverse populations, her journey raising three daughters, and her personal spiritual path, she has developed a unique set of skills that allow her to easily create community and support others as they seek solutions in their family lives and relationships with their children, that allow for improved relationships and more fun in the process of parenting. 

Sliding-scale workshop pricing, $30-50.* Suggested price: $40.
