In this workshop, we will take a closer look at the chakras and our Pranic energy system. We will explore the chakras through asana, mantra (sound), mudra, and visualization, and we will learn about the history and origin of the chakra system.

This workshop is for all levels, and especially for people who want to deepen their knowledge of the chakras. Bring your unique body, mind, and heart, and perhaps a notebook for journaling.
