Parenting Workshop: Making Changes in Your Family (Online)

Rachel will guide you through a simple evaluation process to identify areas in your family life that are not aligned with your family values and priorities. She will then walk you through the process of creating a step by step plan to create these changes. 

Rachel is a native of Western Massachusetts who has worked with immigrant populations as an advocate and teacher for nearly 15 years.  In addition to being a certified Life Coach, she also holds a Master's Degree in Education. Through her teaching and guiding of diverse populations, her journey raising three daughters, and her personal spiritual path, she has developed a unique set of skills that allow her to easily create community and support others as they seek solutions in their family lives and relationships with their children, that allow for improved relationships and more fun in the process of parenting. 

Sliding-scale workshop pricing, $30-50.* Suggested price: $40.
