Yoga for Our Farms (In-Studio)
with Sebastian Merrill and Ellen Morbyrne
Help us support local farms devastated by the aftermath of July's floods. All proceeds will go directly to CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture)'s Emergency Farm Fund. Sanctuary will match all donations 1:1.
Sebastian and Ellen will lead the class through an all-levels flow and a reflection on water's power to create and sustain life as well as destroy it.
Saturday, July 19th, 1-2 PM (in-studio & online). All levels welcome.
Pay-what-you-can, by donation, $5-$100*.
