Welcome summer! Bask in the long, bright days, in warm winds and in the vitality that flows through everything, everywhere. What could be better than the wide sky above, the soft earth below, trees and flowers in full bloom and birds singing their summer songs? How about yoga? Join us for a class outside in beautiful Childs Park, where we will honor the glorious season with a salutation to summertime! Here is a special invitation to delight in this expansive time with yoga poses, breathwork and meditation—practices that invite awareness and appreciation of a beautiful and abundant season. All levels welcome!
